Boy it was hot tonight ! The car showed 27' on the way home so I knew it would be warm, but I set off none the less aiming to cover the same route as Tuesdays 4 miler. I felt good and seemed to be covering ground very quickly. By the second mile however, I was definately overheating and by the time that I reached the crossroads to either head home or head left for another mile or so, my body was telling me to walk. So, I walked for a bit and managed to make it home ok, even though all I wanted to do was crawl.
Day 4 of Juneathon and I'm pleased its raining this weekend.
