Todays exercise - Cycling 22.47 miles in 1 hr 25 mins
Juneathons exercise so far has been Run, Swim, so next up was the Bike !
On Mondays mammoth near three hour ride, we took in some hard climbs which had left me with sore muscles, so I made damn sure that tonights ride was gonna be flat, flat and then flatter !
But alas it didn't matter cos it was hard work, and to cap it off I had picked up a bleb !
The last time I had a bleb was when I had a Raleigh Chopper when I was 9, and my front tyre had loads of them, and lots of spoke dokeys !!!
So day 3 of Juneathon and my legs are starting to feel it...
