Todays exercise - Cycling 26.53 miles in 1.48.00
The plan was simple, have an hours cycling tonight, to keep the legs moving, nothing strenuous, protect everything, and remain ready for Saturday.
Apart from the timing everything else went to plan, it was a glorious british summer evening and it was a real joy to be out there in this weather.
Even though its day 17 and I'm still peaky, this is how I will remember Juneathon.
However, as I said I was only going to be an hour, I got in trouble when I got home....
