10/30 A fast and windy bike ride..


Todays exercise - Cycling - 17.23 miles in 59.10
After yesterdays massive workout it was time to get back on the horse tonight and put in some miles on the bike. It was windy too which is always good news because it meant that for half of the ride the wind is behind you which makes things easier.
However what goes around eventually comes around, and then its hard work all the way back. I don't mind admitting that tonights ride was tough, but at 59 mins for 17 miles it was also a best for that distance.
